How We Work Together, and What It Costs
Most consultants make you book a call to find out the price. Here are the numbers up front, so you can decide whether a call is worth your time.
Process
Three Steps

Discovery Call
Free, 30 minutes. We go through your product, your timeline, and your actual regulatory need, and we align on expectations here, before any work starts. No obligation. You leave with a concrete next step whether or not we work together.
02
Strategy & Planning
Once the agreement and the NDA are in place, we dive into your project. We usually start from what already exists, then set the strategy and the timeline: classification, documentation scope, milestones, and risk points.
03
Hands-On Execution
The work gets done, either by me or by your team under my guidance: writing documents, building templates, managing Notified Body communication, and keeping the project on track through to successful certification.

Paid consultations are booked directly, in 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute slots, at my booking page. It helps a lot if you send your situation or your question in advance, so the whole session goes to what matters to you.
All prices exclude VAT. I invoice in EUR or CZK, whichever works best for your company and location. I am a registered VAT payer in the Czech Republic (plátce DPH), so Czech VAT applies where required by law.
On longer projects the rate drops, and it drops significantly. The rates above apply to single consultations, where preparation and context switching sit inside one session. For projects and ongoing work, the rate scales with scope and duration. You get the number in writing before anything starts.

Staying in Touch
Some manufacturers do not need a project. They need to know someone competent is reachable when a question comes up, and they want the regulatory news that matters filtered for them rather than having to follow it themselves.
MINI
99 EUR per month, excl. VAT
For companies that are not in the middle of anything large, but want a regulatory contact on hand and want to stay current without following every guidance update themselves.
- My ongoing findings, notes from webinars and congresses, and alerts on what is actually relevant right now
- Up to one hour of consultation per month
- We already know each other when something urgent comes up
SMALL
399 EUR per month, excl. VAT
For companies with questions coming up regularly, where it is simply easier to have someone who already knows the portfolio and does not need briefing every time.

Unused time does not carry over to the following month. Invoiced monthly, and you can end the arrangement at the end of any calendar month.
Neither of these is something you buy from a button. Book a call first, so we both know whether it makes sense for you.
Invoicing
Terms are agreed before we start and confirmed in writing.
For one-off services and fixed-scope projects, payment is due in advance. For ongoing work where the monthly hours vary, invoicing at the end of the month is usually more practical, and that is what I agree with clients I already know. Payment period is 14 days, and invoices carry a QR payment code.
What to Prepare for the First Call
You do not need documents. Bring the questions. It helps if you have thought about:
- What happens to your market position if you do nothing
- How a twelve-month delay in CE marking would affect your revenue
- The biggest operational bottleneck your RA and QA team faces right now
- Whether you are ready to invest meaningfully in IVDR readiness and ongoing Notified Body surveillance
